## Description

**7/22/2026:** This amendment is being issued to correct the part number included in the description of CLIN 0001. All offerors are requested to submit updated quotes.

**7/20/2026:** This amendment is being issued to set the requirement aside for small business, to update the evaluation criteria in Section M, and extend the period for responses.

**Original:** The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contracting activity proposes to procure without using full and open competition, in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 6.103-1, three (3) Golden Engineering, XRS3MD Pulsed Portable X-ray Systems.
