## Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a firm-fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. This solicitation is being issued an Other than Full and Open procurement open to businesses of all sizes (no set-aside) but restricted by a brand name justification.
