## Description

DTRA hereby issues this combined synopsis and solicitation to award a purchase order for a centralized printer management solution, specifically the brand name Equitrac ControlSuite, manufactured by Tungsten Automation to support the Multi-Function Devices (MFD) within the organization. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This RFQ solicitation response time has been changed from May 14, 2024 to May 19, 2024. This RFQ specification list has been updated to correct CLIN 0004, dated May 15, 2024.
