## Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), on behalf of Nuclear Technologies Assessments Division, awarded a sole source contract to Evans Berger Scientific Inc. (EBS), 10908 Thanlet Lane, Reston, VA 20190, to procure Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical support for DTRA’s arms control mission under the project entitled, “Over the Horizon Arms Control SME Support”.
