## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:** Software Renewal CINCOM software maintenance with a base period of performance of 7/1/24 - 6/30/25 with the following option periods, OY1 7/1/25 - 6/30/26; OY2 7/1/26 - 6/30/27; OY3 7/1/27 - 6/30/28; OY4 7/1/28 - 6/30/29. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for CINCOM software maintenance.

The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for a base year with Period of Performance of 7/1/24 - 6/30/25 with the following option periods, OY1 7/1/25 - 6/30/26; OY2 7/1/26 - 6/30/27; OY3 7/1/27 - 6/30/28; OY4 7/1/28 - 6/30/29.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than March 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
