The Contractor shall ensure the solution provides voice recording capabilities, telephony management systems (TMS) which is on Defense Information Systems (DISA) DODIN APL, at the 105 sites in sections 8.1 and 8.2. The proposed on-premises solution shall adhere to the latest DODIN APL approved Voice System configuration and be compliant with current E911 laws (Kari's Law, Ray Baum's Act Section 506) and Suicide Prevention Hotline requirements.
