## Description

**June 30, 2025:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

Provide an updated Attachment 1 - EPL Pricing Worksheet_Amend 0003. Colum H10 has been updated to clarify the unit price is for a total of 12 months and not a unit price for 1 month. Only those offerors who responded to original due date of June 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM CST will be considered. Revised quotes are due by June 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM CST.

**June 17, 2025:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

A. Description for CLIN 0001 has been updated to state manufacturer part numbers ISEC7.EMM2.EN.Email.OFF.AN.247 and ISEC7.MED.OFF.CAL.AN.247 are acceptable. B. List of Attachments has been updated to replace Attachment 1 - EPL Pricing Worksheet with Attachment 1 - EPL Pricing Worksheet_Amend 0002. C. The response due date remains, June 20, 2025 at 11:00AM CST.

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Acquisition Program Executive Office Services Enterprise Services Portfolio Management Office Mobility Branch has a requirement to renew brand-name, commercial-off-the-shelf software for 5,000 Department of Defense Mobility Classified Capability – Secret (DMCC-S) devices.

The renewal is for brand-name ISEC7 Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Sphere licenses, a Microsoft Outlook Client module with secure privileged identity management, with delegation mailbox capabilities and public folder integration to enable encrypted information to be available on DMCC-S devices. This requirement will procure existing brand-name ISEC7 annual software products provided under current contract, HC108420C0002, which is under the 8(a) program. The period of performance is July 15, 2025 – July 14, 2026.
