The MORES solution will allow the complete and timely development and successful implementation of a classified accounting system. At this time, CGI Federal is the only source capable of providing all necessary services. CGI Federal is the sole IP owner and maintains exclusive data rights to Momentum software and has not authorized other vendors to provide extended support on their IP. The Government has determined that Momentum software, owned by CGI Federal, is the only software that can fulfill the requirements of the eFAS solution. As the sole IP owner of Momentum Software, CGI Federal is the only vendor that can provide this required extended support for their software.
