## Description

**AMD01:** The purpose of this amendment is to request best and final quotes to include the follow ing:

1. Provide Letter of Authorization from Carahsoft or Bentley.

2. These are for NEW licenses with a POP of date of award plus 1-year. NO PRORATED POPS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

3. Ensure quote submission meets all requirements in Attachment 1 Evaluation Factors.

4. Ensure solicitation is completed and signed in its entirety to include 508 Compliance.

5. Ensure ALL required documentation is provided in each submission (COMPLETED Solicitation and LOA).
