Currently DISA acquires temporary commercial telecommunications services through the existing DTTS-IV contract: HC1013-20-D-0002. This procurement will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This contract will provide for the installation, activation, relocation (if necessary), termination, and removal of temporary telecommunication services (voice and data) at locations throughout the CONUS, Alaska and Hawaii. The estimated date in which the RFP for this acquisition will be uploaded to SAM.gov is 29 November 2024. The solicitation and resulting contract will consist of a 1-year base period, with four 1-year options. DITCO intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price, single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. DITCO anticipates making award selection of this competitive acquisition on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
