PROCEED TO PROVIDE, INSTALL, AND MAINTAIN 10GB, NON-SWITCHED, ETHERNET CIRCUIT REAWARD BETWEEN BLDG 2201, ROOM B446, 2201 C STREET, NW WASHINGTON DC 20520 AND BLDG PENTAGON, ROOM 1B488, 6607 ARMY PENTAGON, WASHINGTON DC 20310. A. PRIOR TO TESTING VENDOR MUST CONTACT CASA AT: DISA.SCOTT.GLOBAL.MBX.CASA-INFRASTRUCTURE-INTEGRATION-LEASE-BB-T@MAIL.MIL.

**2. THE SERVICE DATE TO BE MET IS:**

04 JUN 25 (SIP). THE GOVERNMENT WILL ASSESS CONSIDERATION IAW STANDARD PROVISION 42 FOR DELAY ON DELIVERY OF CIRCUIT ON CONTRACTED SERVICE DATE.

**3. ESTABLISH TSP:** TSP0L1DXA-01 4. SEE ATTACHMENTS AND UNIQUE INSTALLATION FACTORS FOR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO THIS ORDER. 5. CONTRACTOR MUST UPLOAD NOTICE OF COMPLETION IN IDEAS. 6. THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE WORKED IN CONJUNCTION WITH CSA T2T000110EBM AND MUST BE ENGINEERED AND PROVISIONED TOTALLY DIVERSE END TO END FROM THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE DELIVERY POINTS (SDP) FROM CSA T2T000110EBM; MEANING THE PHYSICAL PATHS ARE TOTALLY SEPARATE INCLUDING MANHOLES, CONDUIT, CENTRAL OFFICE LOCATIONS, AND FIBER BUILDS. ADDITIONALLY, AS A MINIMUM MUST HAVE 50 METERS PHYSICAL SEPARATION FROM CSA T2T000110EBM.
