All quoted prices shall be identified in CLIN 0001 and applicable SLINs 0001AA, 0001AB, etc. as applicable for monthly recurring charges and CLIN 0002 and applicable SLINs 0002AA, 0002AB, etc. as applicable for non-recurring charges. CLIN/SLINs shall include item descriptions, quantities, and units of measure. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached inquiry.
