## Description

The Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) USACE will host a Virtual Industry Day via TEAMs for the Facilities Architect - Engineer Servies - Huntsville Architectural and Engineering Support Indefinite Delivery Contract (HAESI 2.0) acquisition. The event will take place on 05 August 2026 with a start time of 1430 - 15:30 hours CST. This session will provide an overview of the technical requirements, acquisition strategy, and timeline for the upcoming procurement.

**Agenda:** Introduction HAESI 2.0 Overview Acquisition Approach Small Business Resources Safety Questions and Wrap Up Action Required: Prospective contractors are encouraged to review and complete the attached Participation List prior to the event; Please RSVP NLT 03 August 2026 14:30PM. Any questions before the event shall be sent to Shete McCants-Robinson and Johnna Sebben at DLL-CEHNC-HAESI2.0@usace.army.mil. The Government will distribute the Microsoft Teams meeting link via email to all registered participants closer to the scheduled Industry Day on 5 August 2026.
