**Amendment 0004 updates provisions and clauses to the most current versions.

Amendment 0003 provides Government answers to industry questions and updates the Performance Work Statement and Appendix H.

Amendment 0002 updates Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement and Attachment 1a - Appendix A to include Djibouti.

Amendment 0001 provides Government answers to industry questions, updates the Performance Work Statement, Appendix A, and Appendix B. The Amendment also extends the due date for quotations.** The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, with attachments, is provided for the DANTES CENTCOM-AFRICOM Degree Program.
