This sources sought notice is intended for planning purposes only in order to determine industry interest and capability. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal. This market research specifically seeks information regarding available sources that can fulfill the performance requirements for the estimated period of performance (POP) from 5 December- 11 December 2026.
