Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide a secure, FedRAMP-authorized (IL4/IL5) SaaS performance nutrition platform with existing bi-directional API integration to USSOCOM’s Human Performance Data Management System (HPDMS/Smartabase). Capability statements must be received by the response date.
