No solicitation is being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.

The HQUSSOCOM is conducting market research to identify qualified sources, particularly small businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned small businesses), that are capable of providing the specific brand name hardware, software, and associated services detailed below.
