This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. \n\nThe objective of this RFI is to identify potential vendors (large, small, and socioeconomic concerns) who have the experience and capabilities to successfully perform this work.
\n\n3. Background
\n\nSpecial Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) is seeking vendors for a potential 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) who are capable of providing Commercial Passenger Rental Car Leasing in Oahu, Hawaii. More details can be found on the attached Draft SOW.
\n\n4. Instructions and Response Guidelines
\n\nInterested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a detailed capability statement in support of the sections above and below and attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).
\n\nSection 1 – Administrative Information
\n\nProvide administrative information including the following as a minimum:
