## Description

**Amendment 01:** Government is providing updated responses to solicitation questions and providing a revised Attachment 0002- ELIN Table and RFQ.

**Amendment 02:** Government is providing responses to solicitation questions, revised RFP, and revised Attachment 3 Past Performance Questionnaire. Proposal Due Date has been extended to 26 DEC 2025 (1200 EST). Naval Special Warfare Command (CNSWC) requires contractor support in the area of career transition for their senior military service members transitioning from a military career to a civilian career.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
