The estimated minimum contract value is the value of the first order and the estimated maximum contract value is $750,000.00. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). A Justification & Approval (JA) will be posted with this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811210, and the size standard is $34M.
