Proposed contract action will be an order for the identified courses and not to exceed $250,000. Contract is planned to be awarded by 5 October 2024. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The sole source justification will be posted under this synopsis after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611620, and the small business size standard is $9M.
