## Description

Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWCEN) plans to award a Task Order (TO) under the NAVSUP DoD Wireless Services (Spiral 4) Multiple Award Contract to AT&T (N00244-24-D-0005). NAVSUP Spiral 4 Guidance (Mandatory Ordering Guide V 1.1) states that, “When FirstNet services are authorized, FirstNet Task Orders shall be awarded noncompetitively to AT&T”. (Reference ALLNAV Message R121659Z Feb 19) The devices covered under this TO require FirstNet coverage.
