## Description

This requirement was awarded on a sole source basis to AT&T on 17 November 2022 and included a one-year base period of performance and four one-year option periods. However, the Government inadvertently neglected to exercise the first option period before the base period of the contract expired. AT&T has provided quality services throughout the base period. The rationale supporting the initial sole source award has not changed and AT&T remains the only vendor that can provide services. Therefore, re-instating the previously awarded contract is in the best interest of the Government.
