## Description

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with VAE, Inc under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Solicitating Competition from a Single Source. VAE, Inc. is the only HERO 120 UAS field engineer field support and air-refill system. This notice of intent to issue an award to VAE, Inc. to provide the following training services: HERO 120 Field Support and Hero 120 Air Refill Station for the USASOC CAPEX 2025 at Fort Bragg, NC. Interested organization may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications for future acquisitions to:
