This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, 3dB Labs Inc., 9050 Centre point Dr. Suite 340, West Chester OH 45069, under the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified acquisition procedures - a sole source acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures for the acquisition of commercial items, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a) The resultant acquisition will pursue a firm fixed priced award using simplified acquisition procurement (SAP-CI) procedures pursuant to FAR Parts 12 and FAR Part 13.5.
