**SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS:** This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and resources to provide us with a 40-Ton Rough Terrain Crane for use in performing programmed Depot maintenance and/or Crashed, Damaged, or Disabled Aircraft Recovery operations on all weapon systems in the 76 Aircraft Maintenance Group (76 AMXG) at Tinker AFB Oklahoma.
