After Government approval, the Contractor shall design, fabricate, assemble, and test fit two (2) additional stand sets in accordance with the Overall PDM Stand Set Drawing. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the purchase of three (3) PDM Stands to include a complete design, fabrication, inspection, testing, documentation, delivery, equipment installation, work stand assemblies, labor and other incidentals necessary to provide the stands. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW). A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
