All services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations, Department of Energy (“DOE”) orders and LLNS’ policies and procedures. Only contractors that have considerable experience in environmental compliance with a strong corporate quality assurance program, a record of passing regulatory agency inspections, the ability to meet Resource Conservation and Recovery Act requirements and the Universal Treatment Standards for the identified waste streams will be considered.
