## Description

DMA HQ has a requirement for CACI to provide on-site professional services and support at the DMA HQ Ft Meade, MD location. Prior to starting the upgrade, the contractor shall backup DMA's PD2 current production database. On-site professional services include the following tasks:

**Task 1:** Migrating SPS Servers to Windows 2019;

**Task 2:** Upgrade from PD2 v4.2 Increment 2 SR17b to PD2 v4.2 Increment 2 SR18;

**Task 3:** Upgrade from PD2 v4.2 Increment 2 SR18 to PD2 v4.2 Increment 2 SR19; and Development of an Operational Maintenance Guide.
