## Description

This modification is to increase the Task Order ceiling for the existing USPTO Storage Infrastructure Managed Service (SIMS). Due to technology advancements over the course of this task order’s period of performance, the existing operating system required needed to be upgraded to a new operating system. The data migration requires a new server infrastructure to be built to run in parallel to the exisiting server during the data migration. This caused an increase in storage consumption to complete the data migration. O
