The SaaS solution will provide hosting in a FedRAMP High (Impact Level 4) environment, system operations and maintenance, cybersecurity and patch management, elastic scaling, configuration and migration of FEMA’s existing CMS workflows and data, and user support for approximately 28,000 users nationwide. The period of performance includes a base period and option periods.
