## Description

**JBER Richardson, Alaska- Express Image Update Project Number:** 9186-21-000004 This project will renovate 3,500 SF within the JBER Ft Richardson Express (Blg 602) and reconfigure interior walls within the Express to allow for the effective use of existing space. Interior finishes will be upgraded to current AAFES standards. Lighting, mechanical, fire suppression and electrical systems will be modified to align with the new layout.

**Special Conditions:** Options as indicated on cover sheet and specifications. Work is within an active, operating facility and will be phased.
