**Central Lodging Project Project Number:** 3784-23-000003 This project will construct a new 7-story 201 guest room lodging facility with fitness center, conference room, micro mart, self-service laundry on each floor including centralized housekeeping, entry porte-cochere, entry lobby and site improvements.
