## Description

JBMDL Dix, New Jersey- Dual Food- Burger King/Dunkin Donuts Image Update PN: 1760-22-000003 This project will perform an Image Update of the existing JBMDL DIX Burger King facility (6,616 SF), Bldg 5399. Project includes updated interior and exterior finishes, dining room fixtures, interior and exterior signages, exterior canopies and façades an updated Burger King dual drive through with updated BK components, a new Dunkin Donuts drive-through and a new AAFES Marque.

Dunkin Donuts portion will be shell space for Concessionaire renovation. In order to participate in this solicitation, please refer to link provided.
