## Description

Pre-Solicitation Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Microfiber Mops to be awarded by or before July 30, 2024.The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 333310 – Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Device Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000. The principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 17, 2024. Evaluation factors may include lowest price technically acceptable.

Quotes will be due on or by July 23, 2024. The acquisition is a 100% Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set Aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b) (1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
