## Description

Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A)&(B), the Department of Commerce (DOC)/Enterprise Services intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Wolters Kluwer Financial services, Inc. for 150 WK TeamMate+ Software Licenses and 5 TeamMate+ Analytics Module licenses.

This procurement will provide TeamMate+ software licensing to DOC, Office of The Inspector General (OIG), to support the Audit and Evaluation program offices with documentation, reviewing work papers, and preparing their reports for various audit projects. The use of the software is critical to the mission of OIG. If OIG does not renew this licensing software (which holds various critical historical audit and evaluation projects) there would be a risk of administrative burn and loss of information.

The data held by the contractor will be used to continue to build upon and customize the OIG's specific auditing software, making this a follow-on requirement. Woltzer Kluwer Financial Servics is the only manufacturer and seller of the prioprietary TeamMate+ licenses. There are no authorized resellers of this software, making the contractor the only responsible source for this requirement.

The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.

The responses must be received no later than February 14, 2024 at 5:00 PM EST. All questions concerning this matter should be addressed directly to Cory Hervey via e-mail: chervey1@doc.gov.
