The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for the following items listed below: General: The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct Market Research in accordance with RFO Part 10, for the repair and replacement of existing gas leaks on 6” pipe and 8” pipe and valves, along with some associated component replacement on 2” pipe and valves. This requirement consists of repairing and replacing identified gas distribution system components, site verification, coordination for excavation, system outages, Lock-Out-Tag-Out, utility coordination, and operational testing. Please see the attached Statement of Work for more information. All project work and related services shall be performed IAW all terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, attachments, technical exhibits and references and publications contained in the contract or incorporated by reference. All information is voluntary. The capabilities package should be complete and sufficiently detailed enough to allow the Government to determine the firm’s qualifications to perform the defined work.
