The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for information. **INTRODUCTION:** 673d CONS/PKC is conducting market research to identify qualified sources and evaluate Small Business capabilities for the services detailed in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses will be used internally by the Air Force to define requirements for a potential solicitation and will not be disclosed outside the Federal Government. 673d CONS/PKC has a requirement to provide essential local area and long-distance Telecommunication Services (TS) supporting JBER, AK. Site specific equipment connectivity requirements and required features are identified in Appendix 1 of the PWS. Support shall be provided to the installation 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year, and 366 days during leap years (24/7/365-366).
