This procurement is being conducted using commercial itemprocedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR Subpart 13.106-l(b)(l)(i) allowing the Contracting Officer (CO) to solicit from one source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 518210-Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services. Product of Service Code for this requirement is 7F20 - IT and Telecom-IT Management. TheSmall Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $40 Million. The justification for sole sourcing with StorageHawk is for Support Renewal. The selection to use only one responsbile source for a service but exclusive licensing agreements and proprietary information to maintain confidentiality, protect intellectual property rights, and ensure consistency in quality and security.
