## Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Instructure, Inc. to provide subscriptions for user-access subscription for commercial digital badging and micro-credentialing solution to support enterprise-wide faculty and student development in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR).
