Alternative self-assessment tools with similar results may be considered; however, vendor response shall clearly demonstrate how an alternative test is similar to MBTI/TKI by showing how the processes of the alternative assessment and assessment results are similar to MBTI/TKI via analysis, reporting, and detailed explanations. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. Interested parties must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government to garner further consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
