## Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) to provide a subscription to the Military Balance+ databases in order to fill the research needs of Air University's students, faculty, and staff in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR).
