These lodging establishments will have the ability to provide single and double room vacancies during UTA weekends, pass Government site inspections, and take Government Purchase Card as the form of payment. The period of performance for these agreements is five years. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 – Hotels (except Casino hotels) and Motels, size standard $40.0 million applies, with Service Code V231 – Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel.
