## Description

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Evergreen Fire and Alarms LLC under the authority implemented in FAR Subpart 13.5 for the supplies/services listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 561621 Security Systems Services (Exept Locksmiths), with a large business size standard of $25,000,000. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is N063 Installation of Equipment—Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems.

Any other responsible vendor believing they have the capability of meeting the requirement may submit their capabilities to include technical documentation to establish the potential of meeting the Government’s needs. To be considered, any such documentation shall be submitted via email to the Points of Contact listed with this notice by Wednesday, 10 Sept 2025, 10:00 AM EST. Extensions will not be granted.

A determination not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether bona fide competition exists.

The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
