The scope of work includes: Developing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to compile trial balance data and map Treasury-required attributes. Designing a pre-validation tool to identify and resolve GTAS formatting and data errors in accordance with Treasury edit rules. Preparing and submitting GTAS-compliant bulk upload files each month. Providing virtual training, support materials, and technical assistance to IBWC personnel.
