Additionally, the contractor shall provide design/development expertise required to meet future modifications and enhancements as well as training and remote/onsite support to the DHS CCOR. The DHS CMCS hybrid model uses KMI and CARDS to automate the tracking of shipment and receipt of COMSEC material, automate regularly scheduled inventories, support COMSEC accounts, provide electronic key material distribution capabilities, and provide overall COMSEC accountability and audit functions mandated by National policy. The contractor will partner with the federal staff to finalize developing an entirely new GOTS CMCS product, utilizing the DHS in-house development pipeline and tools.
