## Description

The WA National Guard will award a sole source contract for Penlink training events to be conducted virtuallythrough September 2024. Penlink, LTD is the sole developer and provider of software, trainng and accompanying certifications. Per the requirements at FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii ) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
