## Description

DHS/OPO intends to modify an existing task order to include a six (6) month extension to the current Option Period 2 period of performance and add a six (6) month option period in accordance with the exception to fair opportunity pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). The proposed action would extend the task order’s current end date of July 19, 2024 through July 18, 2025 if the option is exercised.
