## Description

**Update:** This small Business set-aside has been dissolved IAW FAR 19.502-10(a): If a small business set-aside acquisition or portion of an acquisition is not awarded, the unilateral or joint determination to set the acquisition aside is automatically dissolved for the un-awarded portion of the set-aside. The required supplies and/or services for which no award was made may be acquired by sealed bidding or negotiation, as appropriate.

As a result of this, the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Gold Rush Inn Renovation is now being issued as Full and Open Competition. The response date has been extended to 21 May 2024. UPDATE: Response date has been extened to 29 April 2024. UPDATE: Response date has been extended to 16 April 2024. BLDG 2272 Gold Rush Inn Renovation - FTQW 21-1501 Questions are due on Thursday March 21, 2024 at 2 pm Alaska Daylight Time Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.

No award will be made under this pre-solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
