The Contractor shall provide required preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) services in compliance with all code; criteria; regulations; and Federal, State, and local laws. All work shall be performed at Fort Hood, Texas, which consists of the Main Cantonment, West and North Fort Hood, and all areas under the control of the Fort Hood Installation or considered Installation Real Property. Preventive maintenance is a scheduled task; monthly average is 136. Demand maintenance is a corrective maintenance task that has a time response requirement.
